Summary: Before I start , if you don't speak Turkich or Russian, believe me, this is not the right hotel for you. Unfortunately, I got the worst surprise the moment I arrived. I found myself booked a room for one person instead of two.  ( which was 100% my mistake ), but what made the situation much worse was the way the hotel reacted to this. The receptionist was extremely rude. For a moment, I thought I'm visiting her property at midnight, not coming to 5 stars hotel !! The hotel team found my mistake as an opportunity to get maximum benefits instead of trying to find a solution. They made me pay 500 pounds extra !! Although I showed them that the difference between one person or two in any room type in all booking site usually not more than 35 pound pernight !! As they know, I don't have any other option. They refused even to negotiate. After I had to pay for the room almost twice  and with a mutual agreement that the room will have a double bed, they provided us with twin beds room 😅 ( to be honest they asked us to come to the reception the next day at 10 and wait maybe they may change it but I was already overwhelmed to deal with the reception staff again and ruin more my vacation). The bottom line is that there was zero sympathy, zero knowledge about customer care basics, and they never tried to make any small kind gesture to overcome this issue. If you want to make a profit from a situation, at least try to make it nicely and kindly without an attitude.

Summary: They have the rudest receptionist in the world. Ayşn, try to avoid dealing with her if you don’t want to ruin your stay at the hotel. The food is average at best, and the entertainment is below average. The desserts are just piles of sugar with no real flavor. As for the toiletries — the shampoo feels like cheap hand soap, and there’s no conditioner provided. The beach is a big disappointment: it’s full of rocks, and many guests end up getting injured. The entrance to the water is especially bad — covered in sharp little stones that make it nearly impossible to walk in without hurting your feet. Another major issue is communication. Most of the staff only speak Turkish or Russian, so if you speak English, it’s very difficult to get proper help or service. That said, the hotel itself is very clean and the surrounding landscape is absolutely beautiful — those are probably the only highlights of the stay.

Summary: The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods

Summary: 5-12 Oct. This resort was amazing, assisted by the beautiful weather (early to mid 30s all week). Sunbeds were mostly always available (never a battle to get one, except maybe on the jetty/private beach). The selection of food was varied and catered to all palettes, and was well labelled for those with dietary needs. All very tasty. and the on site patisserie was an added bonus each afternoon. The bar man on roller blades by the pools was a nice touch. The drinks menu and restaurant options were available via QR code which is useful. A great variety of activities during the day and the evening for all age groups. There is also a small zoo which has a small variety of birds and fish. Not a very English speaking/friendly resort so if this bothers you, find another. Its mostly Russian and German tourists. But they do try really hard to help you when needed. The only negative was the onsite spa. What they sell you and what they deliver are not the same thing. Which is a shame. Next time I would try somewhere off site after our experience. We would absolutely return to this beautiful resort.

Summary: The hotel write, that they have 3-4 a la carte restaurants, but only two was open - and that was on the same site, so one day it was italien and next day fishrestaurant and one day closed. We will not come back Because of this - they should inform about that, as it is important to us, when we choose hotel.

Summary: The hotel has poor structure. Could hear that loud roaring noise of the water drainage due to d rain. Everywhere had leaks. Despite d size, hotel had no change to break large bill. The food is mostly fried. Great breakfast. This hotel is only good for spring, summer only. Otherwise, it is dead and boaring.

Summary: Everything about this hotel was almost done correctly. But invariably they missed the mark. Starting with the room, the AC even at night never was comfortable, no internet, I haven't seen a TV that small in years. The hotel was all inclusive but what good is that if the food is of poor quality and the drinks are horrid. Of course one could pay to upgrade but then what is the value in that why not stay at a true 5 star hotel.

Summary: This hotel certainly didn't meet the 5* rating it holds. We were the only two English people in the hotel, which was dominated by Germans and was totally geared up for Germans. The food was virtually the same every day (boring) and half the hotel was closed up. We had a leaky toilet for the whole 15 days even though they sent the technical guys to fix it three times. We were very disappointed with the hotel and couldn't wait to leave.
